Experience

Attorney O'Day is admitted to practice in state courts in New Hampshire and Massachusetts and in federal courts.

Patrick's professional experience includes clerkships at the EEOC, Indiana University Counsel and the U.S. District Court. He worked as associate legal counsel at a Massachusetts law firm providing legal advice to corporate and nonprofit clients, such as The Governor's Academy. With more than 15 years of prior work experience at colleges and universities, combined with more than a half dozen years of service as an elected member of his town's school board, he has a unique understanding of the nexus between the law and education.

In New Hampshire, Patrick worked as a trial attorney at Burns, Bryant, Cox, Rockefeller & Durkin where he helped injured plaintiffs navigate the civil justice system to redress their damages. He has successfully represented employees, landlords, drivers, property owners, tenants, students, families, business owners, bicyclists, teachers and many other clients in achieving efficient and practical legal solutions.

Patrick believed that in starting his own practice, he could be more effective in helping people deal with a variety of legal issues. Founding OLO has allowed him to realize his passion for helping people at all levels of litigation and protection.
